Our collection includes a mix of pre-owned, vintage, new-with-tags, and new-with-imperfection pieces. Each listing clearly states the item's condition, along with detailed photographs and descriptions. 

Where do items come from?
Items are sourced from a discreet, vetted group of consignors and partners, ensuring we know the provenance of every single piece.

How do you guarantee authenticity?
Every item undergoes a thorough in-house review and, where possible, is cross-referenced against known originals. We use leading third-party AI tools - including Entrupy for handbags and Legit Grails for select items - to support our authentication process.

Do you accept returns?
All sales are final. As each piece is sold on consignment and held on behalf of its owner, we're unable to accept returns. We encourage you to review all photos and item descriptions, which form part of the product listing, and contact us at hello@okto.boutique with any questions prior to purchase - we're happy to help.  

Do you offer gift packaging?
Every order is packaged with care in our signature premium packaging. If your purchase is a gift, please let us know by emailing us at hello@okto.boutique to include a personalised handwritten message.

Each piece is priced competitively and fairly based on global market value, rarity, condition, and demand.

What is Pre-Order and how does it work?
Our Pre-Order Edits offer a tightly curated selection of rare pieces, sourced through exclusive global partners. Each release is available for a limited time only - typically between 24 hours and one week, as indicated by the countdown on each listing. Once your order is placed, we secure the item, complete a final in-house authentication, and dispatch within 7–14 days.
